Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places an order for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor professional), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear written statement (e.g. email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, lowest-cost delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
