Scope of application

The following shipping conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop (www.newaydata.com/shop/). You recognise these terms and conditions with every order.

Delivery area

We deliver worldwide.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the order value, the weight of the shipment, the selected shipping method and the destination country. The exact shipping costs are shown transparently in the shopping basket and before completing the order process. 

Delivery times

The delivery time is made up of the processing time of your order and the dispatch time by our logistics partner.

Processing time: Orders are usually processed and made ready for dispatch within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment.
Dispatch time:
To other EU countries: approx. 5-10 working days
Worldwide (non-EU countries): approx. 7-28 working days
Please note that the delivery times stated are estimates. Especially for international shipments, delays may occur due to customs clearance, over which we have no control. For orders with advance payment, the delivery period begins with the receipt of the full purchase price in our account.

Shipping partner

Shipping is carried out by our logistics partners:

  • DHL
  • UPS
  • DPD
  • FedEx

You will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Transfer of Risk

For consumers:
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer (excluding the carrier).

For business customers:
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the purchaser as soon as the goods have been handed over to the carrier, freight forwarder, or any other person or entity appointed to carry out the shipment.

Customs and Import Duties (for deliveries outside of Liechtenstein/Switzerland/EWR)

For deliveries outside the Principality of Liechtenstein, Switzerland, or the European Economic Area (EEA), additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply that are not included in the displayed total price.
These charges are to be paid by the customer directly to the respective customs or tax authorities.
Please check with your local customs office in advance regarding any applicable fees.

Partial Deliveries

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.
Any additional shipping costs incurred in such cases will be borne by us.

Delivery Obstacles

If we are unable to fulfil an order due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. force majeure, supplier shortages, strikes, or regulatory actions), we will inform you promptly.
In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded without delay.
Further claims are excluded

Transport Damage

Please check the goods immediately upon receipt.
Any visible transport damage should be reported directly to the delivery provider and noted on the delivery receipt.
Additionally, please notify us promptly and, if possible, provide photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can initiate a claim with the shipping provider.
Failure to report damage does not affect your statutory warranty rights as a consumer.

Right of Withdrawal

Information about your right of withdrawal and any potential return shipping costs can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.
Please note: the right of withdrawal only applies to consumers as defined by Liechtenstein and/or EEA consumer protection laws.

Changes to the Shipping Terms

We reserve the right to amend these shipping terms at any time.
The version valid at the time of your order shall apply.
The current version is always available on our website.
